Woke up this morning to a broken spring on our garage door. Being that it was Saturday, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get someone to fix it the same day. Excellent service! Service technician Perry and installer Sergio were thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. The newly installed opener works great so far, and Sergio also gave the entire door system a maintenance tune-up. He provided a full explanation of all the opener’s functions and capabilities. He worked quickly and quietly, left the garage clean, and even took the old opener away. I received text reminders for appointments, along with a 30–60 minute heads-up for exact arrival times. The office staff was friendly, and I was able to speak with a real person each time I called.
